Quetzal is grown and harvested in the highlands of San Martín Cuchumatán by Todos Santos, a collective known as “Mujeres Luchando Por Un Mejor Futuro” or “Women Fighting For A Better Future.” This collective is comprised of 276 women farmers who embarked on a journey to support each other with knowledge and resources regarding coffee cultivation and processing development.
