We are so excited to get our coffee to you! The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

We endeavor to process orders within 72 hours or up to 5 business days. Orders are fulfilled and shipped Monday through Friday. Shipments may be delayed if there is a particularly high-volume and additional days will be required in transit for delivery. We do not ship outside of the US. Please contact Sip & Sonder directly for international orders.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

After your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Damages

Sip & Sonder is not responsible for damages that occur to orders after they leave our facility.

We want you to be satisfied with our amazing coffee! The following terms and conditions constitute our Return Policy.

Return Policy

Sip & Sonder does not accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature. Sip & Sonder endeavors to make your experience optimal, and if you are not satisfied please reach out to Sip & Sonder directly within 15 days of your receipt of coffee for a replacement bag. Sip & Sonder has a 15-day return policy on all other non-perishable items. You have 15 days from the date of purchase to submit a return request. Any products requested for return after 15 days will NOT be refunded. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new and unused condition. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. In all instances described above, authorization must be approved by us before accepting items. Please do not send your purchase back before you receive your authorization.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. After inspection, you will be notified if your product has been approved or rejected for a refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Returns/Refund

Any cost of shipping either to or from Sip & Sonder is the responsibility of the customer and not Sip & Sonder. If a refund is requested or granted, then the refund will be for the purchase price of the items returned, less the original shipping charges.
