Brew & Bloom is a bi-weekly emotional wellness series designed to help you explore emotional intelligence from the inside out.  This hour-long workshop blends reflection, conversation, and expressive activities to help you build skills in empathy, values alignment, conflict resolution, and self-care.  No prior experience needed, just curiosity and an open heart. Brewing connection, blooming awareness.
