So what is cupping?
Cupping is similar to wine tasting, but for coffee! Cupping is assessing green coffee quality and the quality of a roast to ensure that harvesting, processing, and development meet our needs. Before our signature Sip & Sonder roasted coffee makes it to you, it is critical to us that we achieve the optimal result, so we explore the aroma, flavor, body, acidity, and everything in between. We not only understand but curate the different senses you experience in each cup because we know everyone deserves great coffee!
